Korean fried chicken brand BHC adds two more outlets in Thailand
BHC Inc., a leading Korean fried chicken franchise, announced on Monday that it has opened its fifth and sixth outlets in Thailand. This expansion comes just five months after the opening of its first Thai outlet in January.
The fifth outlet is a delivery-only store located in Bangkok’s Thonglor area, while the sixth outlet is a 165 square meter dine-in restaurant situated in the large shopping mall Siam Center in Bangkok.
“We aim to open four more stores in Thailand this year, reaching a total of ten outlets. We plan to offer a variety of menus including chicken, K-food, and desserts,” the company said.
Currently, BHC operates 20 international stores across five countries, including the United States, Malaysia, and Thailand. The rapid expansion in Thailand highlights the growing popularity of Korean fried chicken and K-food globally.
